Bad session
Just came off a very poor Omaha session on the $0.5/1 tables registering a £450 loss. A combination of factors resulted in this loss - in order:

Playing poorly (refusing to lay down top set to an obvious flopped broadway nut straight)

Cold decked (holding A7xx on a flop of A77 and losing to AA - but perhaps I should be getting away from this)

One sizeable outdraw ($400 pot - I hold KKJJ on a flop of QJ8 - I lost to Q8xx for a bigger house)
I’m still playing the Sunday tournaments tomorrow, but the way things are going it will just be a £1k donation.
If I don’t run deep in any tournaments tomorrow, it will be a pretty grim start to 2009.
